Concert Technologies RTPMs Show Pride at the BICSI Winter Conference

Concert Technologies reveals BICSI Pride video showing off its RTPMs (Registered Telecommunications Project Manager).

DULLES, VA, FEBRUARY 1, 2016

Concert Technologies has released a BICSI pride video highlighting its RTPMs (Registered Telecommunications Project Manager) and their pride for the leading Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry association, BICSI. The release of this BICSI pride video coincides with the 2016 BICSI Winter Conference & Exhibition held January 31-February 4, 2016 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

BICSI established the RTPM credential, which is a major differentiator for individuals seeking career paths in the ICT industry. Through the RTPM program, telecommunications project managers build skills critical to a successful project, seeing the project through planning and execution to complete the project within strict deadlines and budget.

“We look at the RTPM as being a mandatory minimum requirement for Technology Rollout Companies competing for business in the ICT industry. It provides the increased knowledge and tools required for large scale projects and prepares you for a continuing growth path towards the PMP and RCDD,” says Dennis Mazaris, President, Concert Technologies. “This is why we released our BICSI pride video, showcasing some of our in-house RTPMs.”

In 2012, BICSI released the Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM) credential. An RTPM oversees and coordinates the interaction between designers, engineers, installers and technicians when new information and communications technology (ICT) industry projects are being developed or undergoing construction. To become a successful telecommunications project manager, individuals need a thorough understanding of ICT, personnel management and project management.
